Gustav Nossal is knighted by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II bestows a knighthood on Professor Sir Gustav Nossal, in recognition of his services to medicine and science.

The ceremony takes place at Government House, Canberra.
